Ken Atkinson – Executive Director

Mr. Atkinson has over 25 years of Asian experience and 16 years experience specifically  in Vietnam.  He has worked on over 20 development projects in China, Thailand and Vietnam advising owners, operators and developers. 

His life’s work has included financial advisory, loan structuring and syndications, development and setup of credit analysis system, appraisal of large projects and project management.  A Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Vietnam is also co-chairman of a consultation group on "equitization" established under the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.

Thanh Than Vu - Executive Director

Mr. Thanh is a Vietnamese national and a government scholar graduating from the Economic University of Ho Chi Minh City with a degree in Foreign Investment & International Trade.  He has since established a consulting business which works closely with the People’s Committee of Kien Giang Province and also other government bodies based in Hanoi.  He has been involved in the development of the tourism industry for Phu Quoc Island since 2003.

Charles Crofton–Atkins - Executive Director

Charles has 11 years investment banking experience focused on Asian markets. He was a Director of Credit Suisse Securities Ltd from 2002 to 2007 based in Hong Kong and London and worked at HSBC Securities (Asia) from 2000-2002

Andrew Moore - Executive Director

Mr. Moore is a Director and Partner of the Pamfleet group, which was formed in 2000 as a management buyout of Jardine Fleming’s property fund management business.  Pamfleet is both a property investor and a provider of real estate investment & development advisory services in Asia.  Pamfleet specialises in identifying and acquiring, on behalf of institutional investors, under-performing assets and re-positioning them to add value.  It was involved in a landmark deal with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds to buy Vicwood Plaza, a distressed office building in Hong Kong, in 2003, which was sold to Macquarie GPA in 2006.  Currently, Pamfleet is involved with real estate assets in Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Mr. Moore is also actively involved in the development of individual luxury villas in Koh Samui, Thailand, and in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. 

Mr. Moore spent six years in London’s commercial property market before coming to Hong Kong with Jones Lang Wootton in 1993.  He moved to Jardine Fleming in 1995 as Portfolio Manager of JF Asian Realty Inc. 

He graduated from Portsmouth University in 1987 and obtained a Masters degree, with distinction, in International Real Estate in 2005.  He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in UK and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.


L. Janusz Hooker - Advisor

Mr. Hooker as a director of W.P Carey, is responsible for its Asian business based out of Shanghai. He started his career at Price Waterhouse on the firm’s China desk, based in Sydney, evaluating investment opportunities for Australian firms investing in Asia-Pacific. Subsequently, he was an investment officer with the Asian Infrastructure Fund based in Hong Kong.
